I was so grateful for the amazing support of the volunteers and strong women. The baby café was a wonderful support to me as a breastfeeding mom. It was so special to have time to be with other new moms as well, as motherhood can feel so isolating at times! They say it takes a village to raise a child, which is why it’s so wonderful to have the baby cafe right here in our community for assistance, support, and guidance.Read more
I commend your team for a job well-done. My son, Kerry would not stop talking about the trip, how he loved the bus, that you rode on for the college trip, the colleges they visited (especially Columbia University), and the food. Since he got up this morning, he's been reminiscing about the trip. I am so grateful for the exposure my son was given, and I see a determination in Kerry to go for his goals including doing his best to attend Columbia University!Read more

CHRF/LHVPN’s PREP- D.R.E.A.M. Project youth
This year I decided to join the D.R.E.A.M. Project and I enjoyed all the sessions. My favorite session was the one where we had to act and figure out how we respond to situations (Project AIM Session #9) and the session where we planned our vacation (Project AIM Session #10). The program taught me many things and especially how to make the right decisions. I also love that they set us up for a good future and encouraged us always try our best. I am very content that I joined the D.R.E.A.M. Project. I will forever be thankful because it gave me a better chance and a clearer picture of having a good future.Read more
CHRF/LHVPN’s PREP- D.R.E.A.M.
In the D.R.E.A.M. Project, we learned how to make the right choices in certain situations and how to get to our dream destination. I think kids should join the D.R.E.A.M. Project because they teach us and guide us in topics we never really learn about in school. I would like to thank the DREAM Project staff for letting me have this opportunity to be able to learn about real life situations and what actions to take if we ever come across them and to be able to apply what we learned to everyday life.Read more
