Postpartum Support International Helpline:
Did you know? 1 in 7 Moms and 1 in 10 Dads suffer from postpartum depression. PSI Warmline is a toll-free telephone number anyone can call for help. Dial extension 1 for Spanish and extension 2 for English. The Warmline messages are returned every day of the week. The PSI HelpLine does not handle emergencies. People in crisis should call their local emergency number or the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255). We provide direct peer support to families, train professionals, and provide a bridge to connect them.
